The information was relayed by Commission on Elections spokesman James Jimenez to GMANews.TV, after he received reports about Garcillano from a poll official stationed in the province through his cellular phone, at about 2:30 p.m., Tuesday. Jimenez could yet give full details on Garcillano's defeat. The former Comelec commissioner ran against Lourdes "Malou" Acosta of the Liberal Party and Candido Ben Pancrudo of Lakas-CMD. - GMANews.TV
