"(If I will talk about the case) I might preempt the judge who will eventually hear the case."

"Michael as in Vick, as in being involved in the propagation and promotion of animals fighting for "sport" and wagering purposes (cockfighting)," ani Marley.

"And Michael as in Jackson, as in persistent rumors that he plans to make his permanent home somewhere other than the Philippines. Many say that Manny can't take being such "a big fish" in such a small pond. Perhaps he can find respite in Dubai, UAE, which is where I think Jackson ran off some time ago," dagdag pa nito.

1. “Manny is seeking dual citizenship in Mexico where he hopes Julio Cesar Chavez will sponsor his application.

2. Manny is relocating to Las Vegas where he knows he "can beat" this gambling Jones.

3. Manny laid down a sizable bet at 8-5 that the Red Sox would land closer Eric Gagne.

4. Gacal has worked out a brilliant answer for anyone who says "cockfighting is barbaric" and that a national icon like Manny should not be involved in it. Gacal's response is "Manny has adopted many cocks when their fighting days ended." Gacal will be hearing from the ASPCA pronto.

5. Manny is giving 3 to 1 odds that he kicks both the newspaper and Giongco's butts in court.

6. Manny claims he has developed a foolproof system to win at keno.

7."A day without cockfighting is like a day without sunshine," Manny said in his court papers. "I can enjoy the beauty of this magnificent sport without wagering on it.

7. Manny had Gacal write, "I used to be trained by Justin Fortune but I never bet a fortune. I bet with my head, not over it."

8. Manny really likes the Detroit Lions to go all the way this year. Manny said he is loving the big price the Mirage posted on the Lions winning the Super Bowl.

9. Manny was contemplating filing a lawsuit against Boxingconfidential.com but then he learned that the site is running on the financial fumes from the estate of John Chavez's first wife, an heiress he met at the corner of Eddy and Leavenworth at 3 am one foggy San Francisco night."
