MANILA, Philippines—Tita King is dead. National Artist for Music Lucrecia R. Kasilag, a former president of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), distinguished composer and music educator, passed away late Saturday night in her home on Perdigon Street in Paco, Manila.
