(Updated 12:50 p.m.) MANILA, Philippines - After more than two weeks of confinement, former Agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn "Joc-Joc" Bolante was finally cleared on Monday for discharge from the St. Luke's Medical Center (SLMC) in Quezon City. He now faces detention at the Senate.
