MANILA, Philippines - Amid the public furor over the P728-million fertilizer fund scam, an administration lawmaker on Monday filed a resolution urging the House of Representatives to investigate the issue and hear the testimony of former Agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn "Joc-Joc" Bolante.
