MANILA, Philippines - Senator Manuel Roxas II on Tuesday said he expects interparliamentary courtesy to prevail in the plan of the House of Representatives to invite former Agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn "Joc Joc" Bolante in its probe ahead of the Senate inquiry scheduled Thursday.
