| Greenpeace questions proposal to recommission nuke plant |

MANILA, Philippines - Greenpeace on Tuesday issued a statement contesting a Senate bill that seeks to recommission the mothballed Bataan Nuclear Power Plant. The group said the move is "extremely dangerous and unwise."
