MANILA, Philippines - The House of Representatives Public Order and Safety Committee on Wednesday started its own inquiry into the so-called "euro generals" controversy involving the unauthorized "cash advances" of the Philippine National Police (PNP) delegation to an Interpol Assembly in Russia last month.
