(Updated 12:03 a.m.) MANILA, Philippines - The House Justice Committee on Wednesday junked the motion for intervention which seeks to include the memorandum of agreement on ancestral domain (MOA-AD) in the impeachment complaint against President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
