MANILA, Philippines—Joseph “Erap” Estrada may not have a hand in the ouster of Senate President Manuel Villar, a presidential candidate in 2010, but the deposed Chief Executive is not coy about his plan to make his own bid for the presidency if the opposition remains divided.
